Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

  • The candidate would be responsible for driving sales and direct marketing efforts in Nigeria. Also, will focus on generating and nurturing B2B leads from Nigerian businesses who can directly benefit from the industrial infrastructure available at the companies site.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build business development strategies to improve sales opportunities in our target markets.
  • Identify the best accounts to target from your network for growth as well as identifying and converting new account opportunities.
  • Conduct domestic sales visits and attend reputable events, networking sessions in the pursuit and development of strategic sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities & new developments.
  • Be responsible for the complete sales process from opportunity identification to sales closure, coordinating inputs from other internal stakeholders.
  • Develop a sales pipeline to ensure commercialization targets are met.
  • Manage leads and drive sales performance using a CRM tool.
  • Contribute to our opportunity creation and cross sell opportunities of the Company’s complete product portfolio.
  • Should have hands-on experience in research & generating data driven insights.
  • Incorporate companies culture and values.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
  • 5 – 8 years proven experienceof B2B sales and/or account management in a real estate firm
  • Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter & strong attention to detail, team player and Go-getter attitude
  • Excellence at developing and presenting ideas, analysis, results in form of presentations & reports
  • Ability to demonstrate ‘value based’ selling
  • Track record of strong sales performance
  • Ability to develop and expand relationships through an organization
  • Strategic thinker, not afraid to question norms.
  • Knowledge/experience using CRMs.

Salary:
N800,000 Monthly.
