Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources / Behavioural Sciences / Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Human Resource Manager, Human Resource Generalist, and Senior HR Manager.
• 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, etc.
• Candidate must possess strong knowledge of labour law and its applications
• Strong experience handling HR projects and performing strategic HR functions
• Possession of HR Credentials(CIPM, PHRi, SPHRi) is an advantage.
