JOB TITLE: LEGAL EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To explain legal matters to the company and provide advice.
  • To agree on a course of legal action with a company.
  • To maintain correspondence with the company, their clients and with third parties on behalf of the company.
  • To research and present legal information.
  • To prepare legal documents.
  • To draft contracts.
  • To work with other professionals in tasks involving legal practices.
  • To deal with legal matters of the organisation.
  • To handle all matters relating with the coporate affairs commission

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6 years post call to bar and post NYSC working experience in a legal firm. All 6 years must have been done in a law firm.
  • The candidate should have done and passed the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
  • The candidate must possess the following skills: Organisation skills, Communication skills, Discretion, Investigative skills, Negotiation skills, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be registered with Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission

 

JOB TITLE: ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide information to the management for decision-making purposes.
  • Present analysis and statistics in various internal and external forums.
  • Develop statistical data resources to assist in proactive and targeted investments, patterns and trends.
  • Study current policies, laws and methodology and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Conduct briefings and presentations of analytical findings and conclusions.
  • Provide information and analysis findings in a format that allows for its use by all appropriate personnel of the organisation.
  • Prepare a variety of reports, monthly and quarterly activity summaries, annual reports and specific statistical/research reports as needed.
  • Conduct statistical and strategic analysis which includes preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and on-request reports.
  • Conduct research and strategic analysis to identify patterns and trends; analyse long term patterns and trends using probability studies and complex statistical analyses such as random samplings, correlation, and regression analysis; develop and test hypotheses.
  • Prepare strategic action plans; assist operations and management personnel in planning the deployment of resources.
  • Prepare maps, charts, and graphs indicating trends to determine strategic solutions.
  • Collect, compile, analyse and interpret data using modern analysis techniques.
  • Monitor local, regional, national and international trends.
  • Perform short-term and long-term analysis of trends, patterns, series and problems.
  • Prepare strategic action plans; assist operations and management personnel in planning the deployment of resources.
  • Research and analyse complex data; identify and interpret market activity, patterns, and trends; and forecast trends to aid in decision making.
  • Collect and organise information from all available resources.
  • Compile information, analyse findings, make interpretations, and write comprehensive reports based on data; use these findings to identify information gaps and future collection requirements.
  • Present research summations and convert findings to practical applications.
  • Perform a variety of strategic and administrative duties relating to the systematic process of collecting, categorizing, analysing, and disseminating timely, accurate, and useful information that describes market patterns, market trends, and potential investments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make reservations for clients, and obtain tickets for events.
  • Provide information about local and international features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
  • Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
  • Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed.
  • Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for clients.
  • Carry out unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and arranging for exotic services.
  • Plan special events, parties, and meetings, which may include booking musicians or celebrities to appear.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6 years working experience in an international concierge company.
  • Understand the concierge service.
  • This candidate must be well travelled.
  • This candidate must be highly articulate verbally and in writing.
