We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Experienced Baker
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Prepares bread, rolls, muffins, and biscuits according to recipe: Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
  • Measures ingredients, using measuring cups and spoons.
  • Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixer.
  • Cuts dough into uniform portions with knife or divider.
  • Molds dough into loaves or desired shapes.
  • Places shaped dough in greased or floured pans.
  • Spreads or sprinkles topping, such as jelly, cinnamon, and poppy seeds on specialties.
  • Places pans of dough in proof box to rise.
  • Inserts pans of raised dough in oven to bake, using peel.
  • Adjusts drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature.
  • Removes baked goods from oven and places goods on cooling rack.
  • May bake pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries.
  • May be designated according to specialty baked as Baker, Biscuit; Hot-Bread Baker; Rolls Baker; or according to shift worked as Night Baker.

Requirements

  • Experienced, responsible and focus .
  • Applicant must reside within Lekki Ajah axis.

Job Title: Executive Driver
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Operate and maintain transportation vehicles with a focus on safety of goods and products
  • Fuel the vehicles, ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • Integrity of vehicle maintenance log book
  • Good maintenance and servicing of vehicles
  • Maintain log of vehicle maintenance.

Requirements
Experience:

  • An Experienced Driver with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Driving in Lagos and inter states.

Qualifications:

  • SSCE.
  • Valid and authentic driving licence

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Safety and precautionary measures
  • Ability to read and write
  • Adequate understanding of traffic/road rule

Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
Location: Lagos

Essential Information

  • An experienced hotel operations manager to oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Duties include supervising the work staff and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prospective professionals may qualify for this job with a bachelor’s degree, or related work experience and a certificate or associate’s Degree.

Job Description

  • Hotel operations managers oversee the entire operations of a lodging establishment. Operations include human resources, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service, sales and finances. It is the hotel operations manager’s job to deal effectively with customers, bosses and staff workers while keeping the hotel running smoothly.
  • A hotel operations manager may have assistants or assign department heads to help manage the hotel. Creating a work schedule, hiring new employees, and training staff are all duties a hotel operations manager can perform.
  • While company executives usually set various hotel polices, the hotel operations manager will sometimes get to assign special discounts or honor advertising promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Business or Hospitality Management. In some cases, a general liberal arts degree at this level is acceptable if the applicant has hospitality work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills is important for the hotel operations manager when supervising employees.
  • Strong communication skills are also essential in meeting the needs of the customers and making sure their stay is a satisfactory one.
