Job Title: Electrical & Mechanical Engineer
Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a dynamic Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with experience in real estate development and hospitality management to join our team.
• As an integral part of our real estate construction and hospitality projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical and mechanical aspects to ensure the successful completion of our developments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to integrate electrical and mechanical systems into construction plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and power systems.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks to verify the performance and functionality of installed systems.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services efficiently.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for electrical and mechanical components of projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (4 years) in electrical and mechanical engineering roles within the real estate construction and hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
