Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Description

Job Title: Systems Engineer 

Job Description

Description

  • To that end, we’re seeking an experienced Safety Manager who can evaluate the safety protocols followed on various job sites, organize safety training for employees and report problems to management.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry and understand the specific safety issues inherent to the industry.
  • The job includes significant field work, so reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are a must.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Must visit job sites to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment and materials
  • Evaluate, assess and alter safety procedures and policies for the benefit of employees and clients
  • Research and implement new materials handling processes
  • Analyse accident reports and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts
  • Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards
  • Research environmental regulations and policies and institute changes to ensure compliance
  • Track incident metrics and apply findings
  • Oversee the applications for and receipt of necessary permits
  • Lead injury and incident inquiries and evaluations

Requirement & Skills

Job Title: Dispatcher

Job Description

  • We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to help create trucking routes that keep costs down but meet customer scheduling needs.
  • The Dispatcher will be responsible for using the latest in routing software to establish daily trucking routes that make required stops outlined in customer contracts.
  • The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and work with drivers to schedule emergency pick-up or delivery for new or established clients when necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Must develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day
  • Have to collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
  • Must act as a communication liaison through the two-way truck radio system and answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road
  • Must cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
  • Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries

Qualifications and skills

  • At least with minimum of OND
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
  • Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Job Title: Driver

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Driver who is energetic, personable and safe.
  • You must enjoy meeting people and be deeply familiar with area nuances, such as back roads and traffic patterns.
  • We provide the van, but you should have a clean background check/driving record and driver’s license.
  • Drivers will generally work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but occasional extended hours and weekend hours may be necessary, especially around holidays.

  • Must be familiar with navigation apps and knowledge of area
  • Must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner
  • Work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Complete daily maintenance checks on delivery van and notify manager of any issues

  • Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience

  • Familiarity with devices or map apps.
