We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk/Personal Assistant
- Manages the client relations management tool for adequate Group business insight
- Maintain organized calendar to show the scheduled activities of the Executive Management team
- Greet customers with friendly smile, offer assistance and be helpful in a positive manner
- Processes visitor check-in and checkout information
- Interact with guests checking in/ out, phones, guest & staff demands and issues whilst determining which has priority over the other
- Files guest records.
- Ensure that all meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers are well scheduled, planned, well-coordinated and well documented
- Resolves customer issues and complaints through in and out-bound telephone calls
- Address all customer issues and complaints
- Transfers calls to relevant staff or departments
- Ensures adequate reception and welcome of customers and guests
- Preferably OND candidates.
- Understanding of client relationship management
