Job Title: Customer Retention Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:

• Contact potential customers through cold calls.
• Maximising customer satisfaction by ensuring quick and professional services.
• Maintain contact list and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Ensure full understanding of all bank products and services.
• Attending to incoming calls and e-mails.

Job Requirements:

• Applicant should possess an HND / BSc in any relevant field.
• Applicant must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicant must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Applicant must reside close to Lagos Island.
