The Bookworm Cafe is an online children’s reading club that inspires a reading culture in children because today’s readers are tomorrow’s visionary leaders. We loan books to kids, sell children’s books, run interactive reading clubs and provide an online platform for individuals and businesses to trade children’s books.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Volunteer Literacy Coach
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• If you meet at least 3 out of 4 of these qualities, then we need you as one of our volunteers.
• You will be volunteering to facilitate our children’s book clubs in Magodo GRA Shangisha from 11-2 pm every Saturday. You will also be required to attend our online weekly literacy coach meeting.
• Are you passionate about leading children?
• Do you have a good reading habit? – – Can you coach children to read and enjoy reading?
• Are you willing to learn how to get children to develop a reading habit?

Remuneration
Remuneration per month is a stipend for transportation.
