Job Title: Finance, Commercial and HR Administrator

Duties 

  • Reponsible for all accounting, finance, HR and administrative matters of the company
  • Responsible to implement an appropriate accounting system that supports the growth of the company
  • Accounting according to local law and IFRS
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations in support of the financial statements
  • Prepare financial reporting to the corporate on a monthly basis according to IFRS.
  • Maintain monthly accruals for services and spares and cost transfer between different group companies.
  • Assist with auditing and various reports
  • Payroll, pension and medical administration
  • General HR Activities
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Degree in Accounting (preferably CA)
  • 3 years of experience in business environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Desktop applications, Hyperion and SAP (Preferred)
  • Experience in implementing an ERP system
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Planning/Organizing – sets clear goals and functions effectively under critical and tight deadlines, heavy workloads and other pressures
  • Judgment/Decision Making/Problem Solving – assess situations to determine importance, urgency and risks, and makes clear and timely decisions in the best interest of the organization

Duties

  • Spare & Wear Parts and Single Machine Sales for existing and new customers
  • Build strong relationship with customers with focus on Customer Service
  • Identifies and understands customer needs, segment specific development of customers. Observes market trend in own cluster (e.g. competitive landscape)
  • Co-ordination with the sales team
  • Sales and quotation support: responsible for initiating quotation process for CS offering

Duties  

  • Leading the Customer Service sales team in Nigeria
  • Responsible for Customer Service sales with special emphasis on:
  • Automation retrofits
  • Single machines
  • Customer Service projects (investment < USD 1m)
  • Lead and develop strong CS sales team: manages and plans team (sales calls and service calls) and is the interface to back-office and Center of Competence. Ensures the communication between the CS Sales team and the plant sales team
  • Build strong relationships with customers in co-ordination with Plant + Equipment sales team

  • Ensure security and optimal working conditions for the employees

Job Title: Sales Rice Business Unit Nigeria

Duties

  • Implement agreed sales strategies of the Rice business unit in Nigeria.
  • Deliver agreed RC sales targets for Nigeria – annual Orders Released (OR), annual gross margin (DB1) both for equipment / plant and customer service.
  • Understand the respective industries’ and customers’ requirements, trends and expectations in Nigeria and regularly report back findings to the respective business unit and management.
  • Develop and proactively manage and nurture business relations with assigned strategic accounts in Nigeria.
  • Raise customer awareness and interest and support and follow-up on marketing communication campaigns in Nigeria.
  • Generate and manage sales leads and build sufficient projects pipeline, Promote and sell single machines, cleaning lines and complete processing lines in Nigeria.
  • Ensure SAP CRM and SOM are up to date to support sales forecasting, marketing initiatives and capacity planning, Ensure project quality (margins, T&C, project risk analysis).

Duties

  • Performance of repairs and scheduled maintenance
