MTN Nigeria is part of the MTN Group, Africa’s leading cellular telecommunications company. it currently recruits a Business analysis support to be based in Lagos Nigeria. He or She will be reporting directly to Business Analyst

Job Description:

Business Analysis

Conduct and prepare regular analysis to support business plans/ objectives

Generate periodic data forecasts as required (e.g. customer data, competitive info , call volumes, etc)

Conducts gap analysis to determine the variance of results from objectives

Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.

Assist in generating and updating periodic reports in formats prescribed. Ensure elements required for  reports are promptly provided

Generate data to develop business cases, assisting with analysis of justifications for long-term business performance improvement measures

Project Involvement

Assist with administering projects/ initiatives in line with recommended models

Assist in the facilitation and coordination of various initiatives

Assist with project integration management across assigned departments/ within business area

Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Job Conditions:

Normal MTNN office environment. Minimum qualification is 2.2 or equivalent

Required Skills:

• 2 years work experience of which 1 year in business analysis and/ or reporting
• Experience in project administration/coordination preferably in applicable business area

Qualifications:

First degree preferably in a Social Science discipline
