Generate Sales Leads:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations:
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our training programs to showcase their value and benefits to clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our training programs effectively.
CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate sales reports for management review.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and training teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and training materials.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the IT training or technology industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of IT training programs and industry trends is a plus.
