Requirements

• Estate Management qualification.
• 3 – 4 years’ work experience in the administration and management of similar estate.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance of estates in line with Lagos state and Federal Govt laws.

Primary Skills:

• Very firm and strict in nature

Job Description

• Will be responsible for day-to-day administration of the estate
• responding to complaints from residents
• Liaison with government regulatory agencies
• Liaising with banks
• ensuring some activities of all estate workers
• Responsible for organizing general and EXCO meetings
• Responsible to the Chairman
