Requirements:
- Degree or (HND) Higher National Diploma education preferred, but not essential.
- Essential to have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar sales position in retail sales.
- Nigeria Drivers’ Licence is required.
- Possess technical knowledge of automobiles business and negotiation skills.
Skills and Competences:
- Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with evident and ability to influence customers choices.
- Sales and target driven individual with positive energy.
- Strong Leadership, interpersonal and networking skills. Ability to take decision and follow through.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and think clearly under pressure. A strong team player with tenacity and singleness of purpose. Must be persuasive and ready to persevere.
- Experience of working in multi-cultural environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, Power point).
