Job Title: Equipment Manager
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities/Requirement
- Manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function.
- Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warranties, and service agreements for the organisation’s equipment and tools.
- Minimises organisational cost through product standardisation and tracking.
- Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- 0 to 1 year experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily arrangement and filling of the project
- Work weekly and monthly report production
- Local employees’ management and coordination
- Maintenance of social and public relations, such as immigration bureau, police bureau, etc.
- Core skills:
- Good language communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in the use of office software
Requirements
Education Level:
- Bachelor’s Degree and above.
Experience:
- 2 years and above experience as an Administrative, human or public relations officer
