Job Title: Equipment Manager
Location:
Abuja

Responsibilities/Requirement

  • Manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function.
  • Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warranties, and service agreements for the organisation’s equipment and tools.
  • Minimises organisational cost through product standardisation and tracking.
  • Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • 0 to 1 year experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location:

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily arrangement and filling of the project
  • Work weekly and monthly report production
  • Local employees’ management and coordination
  • Maintenance of social and public relations, such as immigration bureau, police bureau, etc.
  • Core skills:
  • Good language communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in the use of office software

Requirements
Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above.

Experience:

  • 2 years and above experience as an Administrative, human or public relations officer
