We are looking for experienced staff to implement a five (5) year PEPFAR funded project addressing the needs of orphans and vulnerable children in four (4) states.

DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGERS (2) Abuja
• You will coordinate 3 state team leaders & project activities, and have substantial experience in management of similar development projects and/or field offices.
• Ideally, you would have experience of working for an international organization with a relevant postgraduate degree.

OVC ADVISOR, Abuja
• You will provide technical advice and ensure that all project designs, implementation plans, activities, services, and training activities are of high technical quality and in line with global and Nigeria national guidelines and best practices, and with USAID/PEPFAR guidelines.

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR, Abuja
• You will provide technical advice in ensuring that project designs, implementation plans, activities, services, and training activities are of high technical quality and in line with global and Nigeria best practices, and with USAID PEPFAR guidelines.

STATE TEAM LEADERS (Kaduna, Niger, Kwara & Bauchi)
• You will have direct management responsibility for all project activities in your state.
• This includes supervising state teams, partner relationships, reporting; and oversight of financial activities.

• You will coordinate all financial and administrative functions for the state office, and with partners.
• You will have substantial experience providing finance/admin support in a busy field office supporting multiple sites.

• You will assist with all logistical & administrative functions for the state project office.

• You will be responsible for the maintenance, care, safe driving of the project vehicle in that office, and assist in providing logistical support as needed.
• You will have current driving license with some relevant years of driving experience.

• You will be responsible for implementing all community-based activities and training partners & community groups.
• You will have substantial experience in grass roots community work, with children and families, and training.
