We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Manager (Lithium Battery Inverter)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description

• Oversee production and maintenance process of Lithium battery
• Establish gap analysis/battery configuration and develop concept design, and packaging of battery management system.
• Interact with customer on a frequent basis to support technical issues regarding system startup, operations, repair and warranty.
• Monitor battery product standard and implement quality control programmes.
• Engineer manufacturing friendly concept designs per customer specification
• Assessing project and resource requirement, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with client.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering 8-10 years’ experience with quality hands on experience in the field .
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Ability to deal with changes effectively
• Team building skills.
