Job Title: Marketer & Sales Executive
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative real estate marketing strategies to deliver the company’s profit and sales target.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors and channel partners.
• Achieve sales projections for the company.
• Communicate effectively through presentations and real estate marketing analysis on the profitability of investment to potential clients.
• Optimize the use of social media for potential client sourcing.
• Carry out surveys to identify potential audiences and convert them to paying clients using effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields.
• Must have 2 – 5 years of work experience in real estate marketing.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
• Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent Sales track record.
• Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team.
• Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behaviour competency to build relationships.
• Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
• Communication & problem-solving skills.

Salary: N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
