Job Title: Marketer & Sales Executive
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative real estate marketing strategies to deliver the company’s profit and sales target.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Real Estate Investors and channel partners.
- Achieve sales projections for the company.
- Communicate effectively through presentations and real estate marketing analysis on the profitability of investment to potential clients.
- Optimize the use of social media for potential client sourcing.
- Carry out surveys to identify potential audiences and convert them to paying clients using effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related fields.
- Must have 2 – 5 years of work experience in real estate marketing.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
- Must have digital marketing and e-commerce management skills.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent Sales track record.
- Presentation + Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive a team.
- Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behaviour competency to build relationships.
- Excellent analytical and multi-tasking skills.
- Communication & problem-solving skills.
Salary: N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
