Job Title: Store Merchandiser
Location:
 Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Ensuring stocks are filled and profiled on the shelves
  • Ensuring the FIFO and FEFO rule is complied with always
  • Handling in store promotions
  • Attending to customers
  • Ensuring the category been managed is never stock out
  • Vast product knowledge
  • Informing the store supervisor of customers product need. And more

Requirements

  • One-year work experience as a Store Attendant
  • Where no experience, be able to learn on the job
  • Minimum SSCE/OND.

 

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Location:
 Lagos
Requirements

  • One-year work experience as a Store/Warehouse Assistant
  • Minimum OND in relevant field

Experience/Skills:

  • Inventory controls (stock control)
  • Stock taking
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

Job Title: Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Handing incoming mails/enquiries
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Handling telephone calls

Requirements

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the general operation of the store
  • Meeting and exceeding sales target
  • Ordering and ensuring no stock out
  • Manage known and unknown loss ; waste management
  • Ensuring the smooth running of operations
  • Activating store promotions
  • Managing the cashier/merchandisers
  • Carry out end of day store procedure: reconciliation of accounts and more

Requirements

  • One/Two year(s) work experience in Retail store management
  • Minimum HND/BS.c in Business related field

 

Job Title: HR/Admin Officer
Location:
 Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective day to day running of the company
  • Carry out store administration and ensure compliance of policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update staff records
  • Manage recruitment/on boarding processes
  • Monitor and manage costs and expenses
  • Manage company calendar, schedules, deadlines and appointments
  • Prepare HR documents; staff hand book, offer letter
  • Manage payroll computation with the finance/accounts department
  • Handle all disciplinary issues and actions
  • Manage all external and internal communication
  • Ensure health and safety rules is adhered to by all staff
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals and access training needs
  • Oversee the general welfare of all staff
  • Ensure an accurate filing system fir proper documentation process

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc in related field.
  • Two/Three years’ experience in a retail/quick service environment.

 

Job Title: Account Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Manage inventory stock
  • Cash up and cash reconciliation
  • And other duties as maybe assigned by the Account Officer
  • Carry out payroll processing
  • Manage payables

Requirements

  • Two years’ work experience in similar role
  • Minimum HND/B.Sc in Accounts/Finance or related field.
