Job Title: Front End Developer
Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using Scala, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.

Responsibilities

• Working with back end developers to create functional web and mobile applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code.
• Designing and developing user interface for websites and mobile applications for company solutions.
• Advising management about upgrades, user interaction and development best practices.
• Documenting design and development process.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Play Framework (any framework is fine as Play is easy to grasp)
• Knowledge of MongoDB or any No SQL database
• Fast Learner
• Must have written some code/application to be evaluated
• Team player.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• 2+ years’ experience in frontend development
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of Scala or Java(both preferable)
