Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

• Work with the Branch Manager in the day to day Marketing & Sales of real estate business activities of the organization

Job Description: 

• Business Development Executives create questionnaires and surveys.
• Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.
• Business Development Executives offer insights about product potentials.
• Researching market trends
• Business Development Executives make cold calls
• Business Development Executives conduct meetings.
• Make sales presentations.
• Business Development Executives identify new leads
• Performing follow up duties
• Book sales appointments.
• Business Development Executives promote products
• Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.
• Attending meetings, training sessions and seminars
• Develop sales strategies in tandem with marketing department.
• Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs.
• Business Development Executives manage clients
• Business Development Executives walk door-to-door and solicit business.
• Providing feedback to managers

Responsibilities:

• Constantly source new and viable clients for all our real estate businesses,
• participate in arranging site inspections to activate sales transactions,
• reports to the branch manager in day-to-day activities.
