Job Title: Debt Collections Manager
Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Expected Start Date: 05/04/2021

Job Description:

• We are currently seeking to engage the services of a Debt Collections Manager, whose main responsibilities will include the following:
• Overseeing and Managing all the Debt Collections business of the Ensuring & Monitoring repayments from a portfolio of Debtors
• Ensuring & Monitoring repayments from a portfolio of Debtors
• Define and manage the debt collections business processes
• Collecting and summarizing data for a complete and detailed financial / data recovery report for Management and Clients use
• Definition and performance management of Target KPAs/KPIs
• Monitoring the volume, quantum and quality of outbound calls made by the DCAs.
• Developing strategies for the resolution and the collection of bad debt.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall collections significantly.

Job Specification / Qualifications:

• Education Qualification: Minimum of a Degree from any recognized Institution of Higher Learning
• Professional Qualification: Financial / Debt Recovery Management or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of appropriate CRM software and understanding of the Contact Center industry.
