Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Job Description

• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the principal.
• Their duties shall include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
• They also filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and communicate on behalf of their principal.

Responsibilities 

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Managing the principals’ calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

Requirements

• HND / B.sc or Higher in any course
• Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly Proficient in MS Office. An extremely high understanding of Excel is required.

Salary
N2,160,000.00 – N3,000,000.00 (net) per Annum.
