Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Abuja

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
• Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• B.Sc in Social Science related course.
• 2 years working experience.

Job Title: Senior Agronomist (Male or Female)
Location: Abuja

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Techniques: One of the major responsibilities of the agronomist is to search and develop new techniques for farming so that new and useful crops can be grown. He also plans certain ways through which the crops can be grown even when they cannot be grown due to different seasons
• Plant breeding: Another responsibility of the agronomist is to take care of plant breeding. Through plant breeding the growth and yield of the crop can be increased so that more can be the supply of the crops in the same expense as earlier
• Problem solving: Another major responsibility of the agronomist is problem solving. He takes care that his subordinates do not face any problem and if any, the agronomist solves the problems and answer the queries
• Research and development: Another major responsibility of the agronomist is to research and develop new seeds and grow them through aquaculture and desert farming. He makes sure that new methods are developed.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• B.Sc in Agric
• 3 years working experience.
