Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • Engage corporate partners with regional presence to accept mobile money as a means of payment in retail/ outlets.
  • Acquire new partners to increase transactional revenues.
  • Develop programs that will educate customers on new and existing Bill Payment partners.
  • Propose new service to enhance mobile money ecosystem to achieve target revenues.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely integration/rollout of corporate partners.
  • Analyze partner needs to provide innovate solutions.
  • Relationship management and partner satisfaction attainment.
  • Ensure that results achieved exceed targets set on the budget for each revenue bucket.
  • Achievement of the desired revenue from Bulk payment transactions
  • Work with regional teams to acquire new partners to increase transactional revenues.
  • Develop programs that will educate customers on new and existing Bulk Payment partners.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely rollout of Bulk Payment partners.
  • Analyze partner needs to provide innovate solutions.
  • Relationship management and partner satisfaction attainment.
  • Manage team results so as exceed targets set on the budgets for each revenue bucket.
  • Achievement of the desired revenue from Business to Business transactions
  • Acquire new partners to increase transactional revenues.
  • Develop programs that will educate customers on new and existing Business to Business
  • Grow Merchant Base to be the most preferred payment solution with width & depth of distribution.
  • Grow Active Master Agent and Agent Base via tactical programmers linking Agents to Billers, Merchants and Bulk Pay Customers for seamless cash-in & cash-out transactions.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • A Bachelors in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Commerce or a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in a financial institution and or telecommunications industry

Skills:

  • Good Strategic thinking abilities, market research and information gathering.
  • Ability to negotiate for business at C-level executives
  • Personal initiative and ability to work independently, focus on priorities, monitor and evaluate progress and to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication and good presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain networks
  • A high degree of integrity and the ability to deal with confidential information is required.

 

Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Execute the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content
  • Maintain a regular publishing schedule
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars and schedules
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Work with the marketing team to create a solid branding message across all channels
  • Create social media campaigns and call to actions that drive engagement and conversions
  • Monitor and tracking all outgoing and incoming social media communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required
  • 3+ years experience in social media or related field
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

 

Job Title: Agent Network Manager
Location:
Lagos

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • He is responsible for delivering on agent, customer and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a distribution network.
  • The role involves hands-on supervision of a 50+ person field sales and operational support team across various region, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets defined for each period.
  • The candidate must also have demonstrated skills in driving volumes through a channel, relationship building, monitoring and evaluating results to devise strategies.
  • The candidate must also have demonstrated an ability to motivate a team, provide mentorship, and understand how to grow sales staff.
  • You will also need to be someone who cares about others, relatable, trustworthy, takes initiative, calm under pressure, and have great communication skills – verbal, non-verbal, and written.
  • To be successful you will need to be comfortable spending significant time in the field motivating the team and agents, and driving both to exceed set targets.
  • You must be someone with a strong ability to influence and work collaboratively with teams that do not report into you.
  • The ideal candidate must have a clearly-demonstrated track record in channel recruiting and management, and should have produced meaningful sales revenues at a fast moving consumer goods company or similar products.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
  • A detailed understanding of the wholesale and retail distribution marketplace, including their potential customers, partner suppliers, and competitors.
  • Drive channel satisfaction improvement.
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sales within a FMCG with at least regional management experience.
  • Must be able to develop and communicate competitive landscape analysis.
