We provide On-demand Videos for seminars, events, conferences etc Also adverts, documentaries, content to fit into clients brand strategy. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Company Secretary
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Files management/ archiving
• Coordinates office management activities.
• Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
• Answers telephone communications and record messages
• Assists in creating and revising forms; proposes procedures, formats, and standards for office correspondence
• Prepares minutes of meetings from notes and/or recordings
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference
• Account and invoices management.
• Knowledge, Skills and Competency:
• Planning and organizing
• Information collection and management
• Knowledge of administrative functions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least ND in Secretarial Studies / Office Technology Management or qualification in a related discipline
• At least 1-3years experience with good customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency at using Microsoft Office software, particularly Word is required.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks until completion is required.
• Always to be professional in conduct and communication with colleagues and clients.
