Cribs and Castle is a real estate company that sells, rents and offers short stay properties. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer
Location: Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Field, online, and network marketing of properties available for sale, shortlet and rent.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Living on the island and female preferably.

Benefits:

• N40,000 – N50,000 monthly salary
• Commission
• Performance Incentives
