The Cromwell Courtyard Hotel is a charming 4 star boutique hotel located in the quiet and leafy setting of GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. The Hotel offers tranquility and centrality – situated within ten minutes of the international airport and two minutes of the Lagos Sheraton.

We are recruiting  to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Office Officer

Description

  • Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Handling cash payments
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
  • Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
  • Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services

Key Requirements:

  • Please have solid references
  • Flexible schedule
  • Task-driven individual
  • Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience
  • Must have a flexible work schedule
