Job Title: Legal Officer & Personal Assistant to the MD (2-in-1 Role)
Location: Lagos

Job Description
We require the services of:

• A highly organized, detail-oriented, and a process-driven individual.
• A candidate with very good Legal Drafting, Writing and Communication skills.
• A “tech & IT savvy”Lawyer capable of multi-tasking across diverse areas of interest.
• A creative & proactive candidate ready to work with several clients and contractors
• Do you have at least a First Degree in Law; Male or Female; Not more than 30 years of Age; Preferably resides within the Lekki Peninsula.

 

Job Title: Virtual Office Manager & Dry-Cleaning Outlet Manager (2-in-1 Role)
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We’re looking for a Virtual Office Manager & Dry-Cleaning Outlet Manager to help us manage the day-to-day details of our Virtual Office, Private Offices, Open Workspaces & Drycleaning Business.

Requirements

• A highly organized, detail-oriented, and a process-driven individual.
• You probably have the flair for event planning or bookkeeping and because you’re good at logistics and details, and because you like to write lists and work from a checklist at all times.
• If you’re the type of person who likes to chit-chat with people and interact a lot, this is the job for you.
• Are you “tech savvy” with things like Office, Google Docs, scheduling, email, ordering things online, etc. We seek the services of an extremely dependable individual.
• If you’re the type of person who likes “creative” work, where you work with and interact with a lot of people.
• This is more of what we would call “organizer” work, and will require you to keep checklists and work through specific processes.
• Do you possess the essential and contemporary customer service skills of Empathy; Using Positive Language; Patience; Clear Communications & Continuous Improvement?
• Do you have at least a First Degree; Male or Female;
• Not more that 35 years of Age;
• Work Days : Mondays – Saturdays;
• Work Hours – 8am – 6pm.

Job Title: Senior Legal Officer
Locations: Lagos & Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• The suitable candidate to fill the position must not be above 40 years & should possess at least 6-10 years post call to bar with cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector).

 

Job Title: Senior Customer Service Officer
Locations: Lagos & Ibadan-Oyo

Requirements

• The suitable candidate to fill the position must not be above 40 years & should possess at least 7-10 years cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector).

 

Job Title: Senior Accounts/ Finance Officer
Locations: Lagos & Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• The suitable candidate to fill the position must not be above 40 years & should possess at least 7-10 years cognate experience from a reputable Real Estate Development Company (or Allied Sector).

 

Job Title: Driver
Locations: Lagos & Ibadan, Oyo

Requirements

• The suitable candidate to fill the position must not be above 28 years & should possess a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the role being applied for.
