About Nigeria Call Centre Jobs
We are professional customer service firm specialized in customer service/care training. We also act as a human resource liaison for our numerous partner firms and clients who require services of our highly trained customer care representatives.
Our clients are looking for excellent customer service reps that can handle all customer inquiries in a face to face or call center environment.
The Customer Service Representative/call center agent will have responsibilities to execute on a sales strategy, achieve sales targets and generate revenue by closing business.
Educational Requirements: Minimum of OND
Age Restriction: None
Outstanding telephone sales skills
Exceptional ability to generate leads by prospecting will be an integral part of your day in this position.
Must be able to speak one Nigerian Language
Excellent Phone voice
Sex Preference: Male and Female
Location: Available Nationwide
You must be prepared to undergo a 2-week intensive training
