Job Title: Online Marketing (Social Media) Specialist
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop Brand activation plans on weekly and monthly biases.
• Conduct online Marketing campaigns activities
• Promote company’s products online.
• Monitor all online sales activities.
• Overall Brand content Management.
• Develop campaigns and Marketing strategies.
• Respond to customer reviews
• Develop story board for Bumper Ads/Video Pops/other GIF format in YouTube, Instagram & Social Media Platforms.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation weekly and monthly on Brand growth and performance across social media platforms.
• Optimize company pages within each social media platform..
• Ensure all customers inquires are promptly addressed.

Qualification/Skills:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 years work experience.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
