The firm was incorporated in 2005 taking over the assets and liabilities of Double Ay Consulting Associates, a general management consulting firm founded in 1995. The firm provides various services covering business management, financial and human capital development.

We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location:
 Lagos
Employment type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To work closely with the CEO, helping to manage workload, organise daily activities and free up their time by providing administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses miscellaneous tasks to support other managers.

Education Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND Qualification in Office Technology, Accounting/Accountancy or Economics
  • Membership of ACIS is very essential.

Job Requirements:

  • Five (5) years’ experience as Personal Assistant or Head of Admin.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, good spoken and written communication skills, good computer and administrative skills.

 

Job Title: Accountant/ Admin Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • The main role of an accounting administrative officer is to act as support for the accounting department of a company.
  • The daily activities of an accounting/administrative officer include: answering the telephone, filing, faxing, assisting visitors, managing appointments and managing the daily office schedule.
  • Additional, administrative duties may include preparing cheques, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records are also completed.
  • An accounting administrative assistant needs to be skilled in communication, time management and typing. It is also important to have an excellent grasp of English grammar and spelling, work well with others and be detail.

Education requirements:

  • BSc. in Accounting
  • ATS is an added advantage with 5 years post qualification experience

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years Experience as Accountant or Admin
