Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Karu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Defining the product strategy and roadmap for digital and physical products, aligning them with the company’s overall goals and market trends.
• Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify user needs, pain points, and market opportunities for new product development.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, design, and development teams, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and establish timelines.
• Translating product requirements into clear and actionable user stories, specifications, and design briefs.
• Managing the product development process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful and timely product delivery.
• Overseeing the production process for physical products, including coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conducting user acceptance testing and gathering feedback to refine product features and enhance user satisfaction.
• Monitoring product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans, to drive product adoption and sales.
• Managing the product lifecycle, including product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions, ensuring a smooth transition for customers and stakeholders.
• Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to maintain a competitive edge and identify new product opportunities.
