DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company which provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port-Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Consultant
Location: Lagos

Job Description
The successful Candidate will:

• Follow up on actions from Meetings;
• Maintain statutory books;
• Participate in Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance-related
• Engagements;
• Participate in preparations for Trainings/Seminars/Roundtables etc.
• Provide support to Boards and liaise with board members;
• Organise and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and
• Annual General Meetings (AGMs);
• Take minutes, draft resolutions and lodge required forms and annual returns with Corporate Affairs Commission;

Job Requirements

• An LLB from an accredited university and B.L. from the Nigerian Law School;
• 3 – 4 years’ post call experience;
• Expertise in Company Secretarial services is a mandatory requirement;
• Excellent analytical and observation skills;
• Excellent decision-making skills;
• Legal and regulatory compliance experience is an added advantage;
• Excellent communication (both written and oral), interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills;
• Excellent negotiation, team building and presentation skills.
