Job Title: School Bus Driver
Locations: Olowora, Omole Phase 2 & Berger – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced School Bus Driver to transport students safely and efficiently.
• The ideal candidate will possess a valid driving license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a Coaster Bus.
• Accommodation will be provided on school premises.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school, following designated routes and schedules
• Operate a Coaster Bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Ensure the bus is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Assist students with special needs, if required
• Maintain order and discipline on the bus
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections on the bus
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driving license (with Coaster Bus endorsement)
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a school bus or similar vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws
• Ability to work independently and manage student behaviour
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• Work on a school bus, with regular exposure to noise, vibrations, and varying weather conditions
• Accommodation is provided on school premises (if required).

Salary and Benefits

• N60,000 monthly
• Accommodation provided (if required)
