Pyramids Diagnostics Services was established to meet the critical desire to bridge the gap in the diagnostic arm of the health sector in Nigeria. Our services range from pre-admission medical examination, pre-employment medical examination. We conduct varying laboratory tests; molecular testing; paternity DNA testing, Hepatitis Virus Load, HIV viral load, BRACA I & II, HLA testing, cancer related testing etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Ride company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Must observe all HSE driving-related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
• Responsible for updating the Drivers’ Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection of the general condition of the assigned motorcycles and must properly lock the motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended.
• Responsible for moving items to the branches or any other location.
• Responsible for internal and external mail distribution when necessary.
• Transporting and receiving invoices requisitions and documents items quickly by motorcycle
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries
• Effective use of Pyramids real-time App
• Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application etc)
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

• A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE)
• At least 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position.
• Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.

Skills Required:

• • Ability to communicate read and write.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Have good numeracyskills for delivery and expenses records.
  • Polite and able to get along with people.
  • Familiarity with Port Harcourt routes.
  • Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
