Job Title: Service Desk Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or any relevant discipline.
• At least 3 – 5 years customer support experience, part of this working as a service desk / team leader role.
• ITIL v3 or v4 training and certification.
• Certified on CCNA and or CWNA.
• Trainings on either or both microwave radios or VSAT and Fibre optics.
• Training of customer service soft skill, service Mgt. Training and other certificate applicable.
