Job title: Business Development Analyst
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute market expansion initiatives by evaluating the cost and benefits of rider and driver incentive programs.
• Take ownership of Easy Shuttle’s rider and driver growth across Lagos
• Manage the quality of drivers and riders on the Easy Shuttle platform
• Set up and support all Easy Shuttle’s business operations across Lagos
• Execute offline marketing campaigns and activations, generating the loudest buzz
• Give reports on offline marketing performance
• Onboard new drivers and riders to the Easy Shuttle platform
•  Analyse marketplace metrics to ascertain how to match supply with demand on the Easy Shuttle platform

Qualification and Requirements:

• Must live within Anthony or its environs, and posses a personal laptop
• Minimum qualification: OND (any discipline)
• Data-driven analytical mindset
• Relationship building skills and confidence
• Ability to take initiative and ownership
• Strong organizational and social skills
• High energy level
• Passionate about technology, taxi and ridesharing
• Great communication skills (oral and listening)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
