Job Title: Property Maintenance Personnel
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Duties:

• General Maintenance of Property and Management
• Supervise Caretaking staff
• Source and Engage contracted vendors on Clients request and ensure repairs and maintenance is executed successfully from start to finish
• Operating machinery for their duties
• Communicating with client on daily basis as required
• Ensure safety and oversees cleanliness of client’s property
• As other task may apply

Requirements:

• Experience in Electrical and Plumbing Work
• Standard Work Practices
• Minimum Educational Qualification of High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 year working Experience
