Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Analyzing customer needs, managing customer interactions and providing excellent customer service.
Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
Schedule regular follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Resolve client and resident complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keep clients updated on the latest products to increase sales.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Not more than 5 years Post-NYSC experience
Customer service and customer satisfaction skills
Customer Experience Management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to mange customer interactions
Strong problem solving bskiils
Attention to details
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
