Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Aluminum Technician
Location: Lagos
Details

• Aluminum Technician is needed with a Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Technician must possess adequate skill to execute aluminum fixtures and maintenance.
• Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipment’s
• Must be to able to perform aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture, e.t.c
• Must be able to analyze and execute task according to regulated standards
• Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides aluminum fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. Fade Cleaning, e.t.c.
• Any other related job

HSE Responsibilities:

• Take reasonable care of my own safety.
• Take reasonable care of the safety of others that might be affected.
• Comply with all reasonable safety policies and procedures of the company including reporting of hazards or incidents via the company’s reporting process
• To take care of all equipments and PPEs in their possession

Qualifications

• Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years exp. in Aluminum works, iron monger works and furniture works.

Skills Required:

• Applicant must have proven track record on the job.
• Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite
• The Applicant is expected to be familiar with aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture works and janitorial services.
