Job Description

• We are recruiting for a Procurement Executive who will be responsible for managing procurement function for a manufacturing company of the group.

Job Scope

• Receive indent and material request from User Departments
• Manage relationships with Vendors and User Departments
• Ensure preferential status by Vendors
• Ensure best commercials and highest quality possible
• On-time deliveries
• In-time Reports
• Ensure market intelligence is available to seniors
• Ensure best prices by Vendors
• Ensure High C Sat
• Ensure Cost Savings for the Company
• Receive Quotes and prepare Comparative Sheets
• Follow up on timely approvals and Deliveries
• Prepare Reports and compute Variance
• Market Visits and Market Intelligence
• Negotiate with Vendors
• Satisfy Customer Requirements
• Ensure Cost Savings for the Company
• Ensure Procurement SOP is followed

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate degree in Engineering
• Experience
• Market Knowledge
• Budgeting / Budget Management
• Relationship Management
• Negotiation
• Proficient in MS Office and Tally
• 2 years with a manufacturing company
• Experience in procurement for a plastics company preferred
• Numeracy
