We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Production Executive
Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• Manage the entire production process (sewing of bedsheets, duvet covers and quilt, pillow cases, embroidery and related), the unit and check quality control of the products.

Nature of the Job:

• Operational. Requires high physical and creative ability

Job Description

• Organize the production of orders and control quality during production and packaging
• Check progress of all orders and ensure a prompt and quality production of them
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of finished items and production materials respectively
• Manage the maintenance of all production machines and promptly report any defect/malfunction
• Manage the entire production process of the company; making beddings, monogram, packaging and quality control
• Determine/allocate activities/duties to members of the team and also assign daly targets
• Engage and ensure the proper packaging of items before delivery Ensure products are  properly stored to prevent defect  Determine measurements of materials before sewing
• Develop and maintain creative designs of the product and processes

Requirements

• Must have a knack for precision and attention to detail
• Must have a problem solving skill and ability to reason on the spot  Must be able to operate all machines (sewing, duvet and monogram machines)and perform all duties in the production line of the company
• Minimum  of HND qualification
• Must possess excellent managerial and leadership skill  Must be a creative person and have excellent tailoring skill
