Job Description

• Bank engagement drive for FIRS and other collections for Public Sector in agos and environs.
• Weekly Departmental budget tracking.
• Transaction reporting and tracking per merchant.
• Generation of reports.
• Corporates and TaxPayer canvassing to drive uptake Of the eTranzact Payment gateway.
• Merchant support, issue management and reporting.
• Business revenue assurance and reporting.
• Business budget tracking and reconciliation.

 

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Management-related discipline.
• An MBA or MSc. would be an added advantage.
• Exceptional knowledge and skill in client service and customer satisfaction.
• Understanding Of Bank Teller Operations and engagement.
• 3 years experience in the FinTech space.
• Experience in the FinTech solution Business sales and marketing.
