Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Expands sales network by identifying, pitching, and building relationships with potential partners and/or customers in key markets through cold-calling, networking, attending Tradeshows, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Deepens and expand relationships and business with existing partners/customers
- Develops specific customer strategies and campaign plans, driving leadership in their execution
- Provides support to the sales team through duties that may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, product training, or other related tasks
- Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function.
- Oversees workflow of all sales processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support and direct the sales department.
- Assists with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals. May handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints.
- Travels as required
Skill / Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in relevant field with 10-15 years work experience.
- Experience usng Digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven work experience in the Agro-allied industry
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Customer care skills
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent negotiation skills

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
