Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

• Taking orders on behalf of the company via phone calls and online chats
• Creating invoices on our system
• Following up with Logistics team to ensure cakes are delivered timely.
• Following up with customers’ cake deliveries
• Attending to customers’ queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND qualification
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Very fluent in English
• Basic use of computers
• Must be able to type fast via computer and mobile devices
• Have basic knowledge of apps like Whatsapp and Instagram.
