Job Profile
The role of Head, Business Unit Strategy w.1I report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and serve as the key resource for driving execution on strategic projects that arise on a regular and ad hoc basis

Responsibilities:
•Support the development of business unit strategy and identify business/product opportunities and risks;
•Management and execution of ad-hoc business unit tactical and strategic projects;
•Develop key initiatives spanning core strategic themes of the Group including growth, service excellence, performance management, and people.

Minimum Experience / Qualifications:
•Solid understanding 01 the Nigerian financial services sector;
•Demonstrated strong process and project management skills with a proven history of developing and implementing detailed action plans with limited supervision;
•Ability to develop sound strategic frameworks and use these frameworks to analyze business oPPor1unitle; and risks,
-Good interpersonal skills and confidence to work with professionals at all levels, within and outside the Bank;
-Minimum 2’2 undergraduate degree with at least 7 years relevant post-graduate work experience in financial services, management consulting, corporate strategy or Investment banking.
