Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• Fivethree Investment is in need of a customer care representative who  will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements:

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA or BSC in Accounting, Business Administration or any related course.
•  Applicant must have at least 2nd class lower from a reputable Institution, must be a resident of Lagos.

 

Job Title: Front Desk Representative
Location: Lagos

Job Description:

• We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance

Responsibilities:

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Answer questions and address complaints.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• BA/ BSC in any course related to Language and social science.
• Qualified Applicants must have at least 2nd class lower division from a reputable organisation and must have his or her NYSC Certificate.
• Also must be a Lagos Resident.
