Job Title: Assistant – Human Resources
Location: Ogun
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary:

• Assist in the day-to-day HR activities of the organization such as personnel management, maintenance of HR records, office management, etc.

Duties:

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and scheduling interviews.
• Payroll management and administration of statutory remittances
• Attendance management
• HRIS reporting
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Co-ordinate EHS and Housekeeping activities in the factory.
• Administer office consumables.

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in any related field of study with at least 3 years experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing.
• Candidate should possess advanced MS Excel knowledge
• HR certification will be an added advantage.
