We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Shift Manager – Production
Location: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

• Execute the loading of finished products that meets specified targets.
• Provide timely response to Plant breakdown using the right RCA techniques to minimize downtime.
• Ensure good hygiene and house-keeping practices within the packing environment.
• Perform regular inspection throughout the plant and ensure GMP practices are followed and adhered to.
• Perform routine maintenance on packing equipment and machinery.
• Liaise with the Miller for filling/transfer of flour to the assigned bins.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Engineering or Science related courses.
• Membership of National Association of British and Irish Millers
• Post Graduate Diploma in Milling Technology is an added advantage

Experience:

• 3 years cognate experience

The Person Must:

• Have excellent people management skills
• Maintain high level of hygiene.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to prioritize assignments.

 

Job Title: Miller – Flour Operations
Location: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

• Monitor the receipt of raw materials in order to ensure efficiency of the milling process.
• Assist the Chief Miller in achieving optimum performance of the milling process.
• Coach milling staff in order to enhance milling skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Monitor the milling process to achieve optimum performance.
• Ensure good hygiene and house-keeping practices within the production environment.
• Minimize unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Engineering or Science related courses
• Membership of National Association of British and Irish Millers
• Post Graduate Diploma in Milling Technology is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3 years cognate experience.

Job Title: Academy Advisor
Location: Nigeria

The Job

• Execute FMN Academy training programs for career growth in assigned job families.
• Propose tools to measure effectiveness of training for assigned job families to ensure ROI.
• Review and improve Academy operations and manual.
• To develop competency framework for every critical role identified in assigned departments.
• Design learning programs in line with the established competency framework.
• Work with stakeholders/subject matter experts to develop intervention materials for different levels of competency proficiency.

Requirements/Qualification

• First degree in any discipline.
• 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics and English Language  in not more than two sittings.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience
• Experience in Manufacturing firm is an added advantage.

The Person Must:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent relationship management skills.
• Be skilled in giving presentations and facilitating training.
